Short Term Rent
Our guaranteed short term rental properties allow you can book a property up to 12 months in advance. You can book a property for any period from 1 day to 4 weeks (a longer period may be possible depending on the apartment). All our guaranteed short term rental properties are fully furnished and fully equipped and include bedding, television plus satellite system and kitchen equipments. You can ask to see the list for the apartment you book. The rental price includes fuel charges for water and electricity. Some apartment rental price includes pick up from Hurghada Airport, preparation of the rental agreement and mid-week cleaning. |

Long Term Rent
These properties include apartments and villas that are available for rent for a minimum period of 3 months to a maximum of 2 years. The vast majority of the apartments some fully equipped and furnished. However, with some properties bedding may not be included. Some owners are prepared to accept shorter rental periods. Our service includes the preparation of all the legal documentation. |

If you are interested in any particular property or you can not find a suitable property, please contact us. We will do our best to finalise matters. As the vast majority of our customers live aboard, we encourage our clients to contact us via our email address. However, you can also phone or to come in personally to our offices. All the necessary procedures relating to the booking of any of our rental property can be finalised via the internet. Please note that payment is required to confirm any booking. |
